After a long winter in the Midwest, the warm spring weather is so welcome! I will find any excuse to get outside and get my body moving. I know we are limited by this quarantine, but I am trying my best to stay physically active (while social distancing of course!) and I encourage you to do the same! According to experts, staying active can help reduce stress, boost your immune system, and improve your mood. I don’t know about you but I could definitely use a little mood boost today!
